Over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax, and corporate reorganizations (IPO | M&A). Professional background includes major companies such as Credicard, Banco Itaú, B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange), and Corpay (formerly Fleetcor, a multinational financial services group).

Holds a degree in Accounting from FEA-USP, credits in the Master’s Program in Accounting & Controllership (FEA-USP), postgraduate tax specialization from Trevisan, management courses at “Fundação Dom Cabral”, and training in NLP and leadership.

Over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and corporate reorganizations (IPO|M&A), with a background in mid-to-large companies and investment holdings such as AES Brasil and Corpay (formerly Fleetcor, a multinational financial services group).

Holds a degree in Accounting from UNIFESP/Osasco, Master’s in Accounting from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and executive education in Lisbon, Portugal, among others.
